1. The location is great, near to public transport, shops etc. 2. Lady at reception is very helpful and welcoming. 3. Room is of great Value - comfortable with basic amenities and not too costly.
Areas for improvement:
Near to train line, a bit noisy. No lift, rooms are on first floor.

Location was amazing for all bus and train transfers. Close to Wembley Stadium and very convenient for that. The room small, but clean and had everything we needed.
Areas for improvement:
Our hair dryer broke as soon as we turned it on, and they didn't have spares, but we made it work. Everything else was there that we needed.
